Applied Biorefinery Sciences was founded in 2008 to develop technology to extract and separate fermentable sugars and other valuable chemicals from wood in an ecologically and economically sustainable fashion.  Our integrated biorefinery concept complements existing wood industries by creating additional value from what is currently going to waste.
